Configuring Branch Working Hours
Define daily operating hours (one Start and one End time per day), overnight schedules, and weekly schedules per branch.
Branch Operational Schedules
Each branch has its own independent Working Hours configuration. Each day has a single Start time and a single End time, or can be marked Closed.
Operating hours can cross midnight (e.g., 18:00 to 02:00 next day). To speed up weekly setup, the Owner can easily copy the first active day’s schedule to all other days with a single action.
Restaurant physical working hours are managed independently from Customer Website ordering hours. Configuring in-venue branch hours does not automatically alter digital storefront availability.
Shift Start Buffer Window
The "Start Shift" button becomes available to staff exactly 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
How to Set Working Hours
Navigate to Restaurant Setup
Log in as Owner and open Restaurant Setup → Working Hours.
Select Branch
Choose the target branch location from the selector.
Set Daily Open & Close Times
Toggle each day Open or Closed, then specify one Start time and one End time (overnight times supported). Optionally use the copy schedule button to replicate hours across days.
Save Configuration
Click Save Changes to apply the updated operating schedule to the branch.
