Confirmed Customer Website Takeaway Fields
Takeaway orders represent customer pickup orders placed online through the Customer Website.
Confirmed Customer Website Takeaway fields are: Contact Name, Phone, and Notes (with no Delivery Address).
Branch Managers and Hosts review incoming Takeaway orders to Accept or Reject them. When accepted, items route to their respective Kitchen Stations for preparation. Once prepared, staff hand off the order directly upon customer arrival.
