The Chef has dedicated operational authority to manage attendance for kitchen staff members who do not possess individual system login credentials.
The Chef can Start and End shifts for kitchen assistants directly from their console. Kitchen staff may also use on-screen Kiosk attendance controls where enabled.
All shifts logged by the Chef or via Kiosk automatically feed into Staff Hours and Payroll calculations. The Owner monitors overall venue attendance through the centralized Staff Hours screen.
