Building Standardized Recipes
The Recipe Builder maps a menu dish to one or more inventory raw materials with defined units and quantities.
Each ingredient requires an exact quantity matched to standard units (kg, g, liter, ml, piece, box).
When an ordered dish is marked "Ready" by kitchen staff on the KDS, the recipe quantities are automatically deducted from current inventory.
