Owner First Login & Account Setup
System-generated login email, temporary credentials flow, mandatory password change on first login, and contact email security.
Owner First Login & Password Setup Flow
Upon completing registration, the system generates the OCTK System Login Email and a Temporary Password.
These temporary credentials are presented directly to the Owner as part of the successful registration/access flow.
The Owner enters these credentials on the OCTK login screen and is immediately required to change the Temporary Password to a permanent private password before proceeding.
If the Owner forgets their password in the future, they select "Forgot Password" and enter their registered Personal Contact Email to receive a secure password reset link.
The Personal Contact Email is also strictly used for identity verification, billing and invoice communication, official support, security alerts, and legal communications.
Secure Account Access
Ensure your Owner login credentials and registered contact email remain secure, as they provide master administrative access across all branches.
