Live On-Duty Staff Oversight & Manual Closure
The Open Shifts dashboard is accessible exclusively to the Owner and provides real-time visibility into all staff members who have actively clocked in.
The Owner can review live worked hours, check-in timestamps, and active table assignments per staff member.
When manually closing an open shift, the Owner enters the actual End Time manually. The system then recalculates the worked duration and applicable Hourly pay. If the Owner does nothing, the system automatically closes the shift at the scheduled shift end. After closure, the record cannot be edited.
