Walk-in Waitlist Rules & Seating Suggestions
The Waiting List is exclusively for walk-in dining guests (not reservation queues) and operates strictly on a First Come, First Served basis.
Waitlist fields include: Customer Name, Phone Number, Party Size, Preferred Area, and Notes. Entries cannot be manually reordered; Skip and Remove actions are supported.
When a suitable table becomes Available, the Branch Manager or Host receives an automatic suggestion/notification. The system suggests a suitable table, but the Manager or Host may select any other suitable available table to complete seating.
