Audit Log Behavior & Security Rules
The Audit Log is restricted exclusively to the Owner and is strictly read-only.
Audit logs cannot be manually edited or deleted by any user, ensuring a dependable administrative record.
The system retains audit log history for a rolling period of 14 days. The role filter dynamically adjusts based on existing logged activities.
The Owner can download and export audit logs for external recordkeeping.
Routine inventory movements are contained in the Inventory Ledger and not duplicated into the high-level Owner Audit Logs. Kitchen Kiosk actions are not recorded in the general Audit Log.
