Inventory Audit & Periodic Stock Reconciliation
Owner and Branch Manager review of period stock movements, theoretical vs. ending quantity reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Periodic Reconciliation & Audit Scope
The Inventory Audit module is strictly a reconciliation and reporting tool accessible to the Owner and Branch Manager only (Inventory Employees cannot run it).
The user selects an audit period: Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or a Custom Range.
The report displays: Starting Quantity, Order Deductions, Staff Meals, Staff Purchases, Manual Waste, Stock Added, Ending Quantity, and Variance.
The Owner / Branch Manager compares the system report against real physical inventory externally/on paper.
Inventory Audit itself does NOT request physical count input, does NOT alter stock, and does NOT automatically create a Manual Adjustment. (Manual Quantity Adjustment exists separately when Current Quantity is directly edited).
