Coupon Types & Supported Fields
Coupon management is accessible to both Owner and Branch Manager roles.
Three coupon types are supported: Percentage discount, Fixed Amount discount, and Free Delivery (applicable to Delivery orders only).
Coupon configuration fields include: Coupon Name, Discount Type, Discount Value, Minimum Order, Maximum Discount (optional), Usage Limit, Valid From, Valid Until, Details/Notes, and Active status.
Coupons can be applied by Waiters in the POS, by Managers when creating orders, or entered directly by customers on the Customer Website.
