Complete Table Status Lifecycle
Tables on the floor display clear visual statuses across their exact operational lifecycle.
Confirmed table statuses: Available (ready for seating), Reserved (booked for upcoming arrival), Arrived (guests arrived at venue), Seated (guests placed at table), Ordering (selecting items / creating order), Eating (food served and dining in progress), Bill Requested (guest requested final check), Cleaning (post-payment turnaround), and Out of Service (maintenance or closed section).
After payment and order closure, the table automatically enters the "Cleaning" status. Once the cleaning timer completes, the table reverts to "Available" automatically. Alternatively, the Owner, Branch Manager, or Host can click "Make Available Now" to clear it immediately.
