Customer Website Scope & Ordering Channels

The customer-facing restaurant website provides an interactive digital storefront for public customer ordering.

Supported Channels: The customer website strictly supports Delivery and Takeaway ordering. It does NOT support public table reservation booking; reservations are managed exclusively by host and management staff within Front of House.

Global Workspace Configuration: Customer Website settings are GLOBAL across the entire restaurant workspace and are managed exclusively from the Main Branch context.

Independent Storefront Hours: The website Open Time and Close Time operate independently from physical Restaurant Working Hours. Modifying in-venue dining hours does not alter digital storefront availability.

Confirmed Website Configuration Fields

The Owner configures the public storefront identity and operation using verified system parameters.

Confirmed Website Settings Fields:

• Restaurant Logo & Theme Color (primary brand palette)

• Desktop Cover Image URL & Mobile Cover Image URL

• About Text (restaurant story & customer description)

• Public Phone Override & Public Address Override

• Instagram Handle / Link

• Website Status (Active / Inactive online ordering toggle)

• Digital Storefront Open Time & Close Time

• URL Slug: Configured during initial workspace provisioning. Changing the URL Slug may invalidate existing public links and disrupt customer access.

Branch Storefront Activation: In multi-branch setups, secondary branches become visible and selectable for customer delivery and takeaway only after their Branch Location Map and Geolocation Pin have been configured.
