Supported Compensation Models
The Payroll module is accessible strictly to the Owner.
OCTK Restaurant OS supports 4 distinct compensation types: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
For Hourly employees, payable wages can be derived directly from verified actual worked hours. For Daily, Weekly, and Monthly staff, the system provides verified attendance, start/end timestamps, hours worked, and overtime data. The Owner remains responsible for calculating the final payable amount and any discretionary adjustments.
The system does not invent automatic absence or lateness monetary penalties. Any disciplinary adjustments must be applied intentionally via Employee Violations.
