Access controls designed around restaurant roles
OCTK Restaurant OS uses role-based application permissions to separate owner, management, service, kitchen, inventory, and delivery workflows. Infrastructure security controls will be documented as production services are finalized.
Role-Based Access
Application permissions separate owner, management, service, kitchen, inventory, and delivery workflows.
Owner & Staff Credentials
Owners and staff use generated System Login Email credentials according to the configured account workflow. Owner recovery uses the Personal Contact Email.
Sensitive Manager Overrides
The Owner configures a Manager Override PIN for applicable sensitive actions.
Kitchen Kiosk Access
Kitchen kiosk stations use a unique four-digit station PIN and a configured global Exit Password.
Audit Activity
The Owner can review branch-specific important administrative and operational events for 14 days, apply filters, and export the read-only log.
Account Security Practices
Account owners should limit access to the operational roles required by each employee and protect account credentials.
