INV-, TAK-INV-, and DEL-INV- invoice numbering, closed invoice immutability, and reprinting.

Channel-Specific Invoice Numbering

Invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment and order closure. Numbering prefixes are strictly assigned by order channel:

Service Channel	Invoice Prefix	Description
Dine-in Tables	INV-	Standard in-venue dining invoice prefix
Takeaway / Pickup	TAK-INV-	Customer pickup and counter takeaway invoice prefix
Delivery Dispatch	DEL-INV-	Dispatched driver delivery invoice prefix

Once an invoice is closed, it cannot be edited or deleted. Historical closed invoices can be viewed and reprinted at any time.

Printing is independent from invoice creation—hardware or printer status does not affect the valid recording of the invoice in the system.
