OCTK Account Authentication & Structure
Owner access using the OCTK System Login Email, role of Personal Contact Email, and portal sections.
Authentication & Portal Sections
The OCTK Account portal is restricted exclusively to the Owner.
The Owner authenticates into the OCTK Account using the system-generated OCTK System Login Email.
The Owner's Personal Contact Email is used for password recovery, billing notifications, security notices, and official support/legal communications.
The OCTK Account portal includes: Overview, Subscription, Billing, OCTK Invoices, Add-ons, Downloads, Support, Legal Information, and Account Settings.
Restaurant operational setup (Working Hours, Floor Map, Stations) is managed under Restaurant Setup, which is also restricted to the Owner.
