Employee Disciplinary Violations
Reviewing pending violations, deducting penalty amounts from salary, logging reviewer identity, and payroll isolation.
Pending Violations Review & Decision Workflow
Employee Violations management is accessible to both the Owner and Branch Manager.
When a disciplinary incident is logged, it appears in the system as a "Pending Violation". Each pending record displays the relevant incident description, date, details, and penalty cost information according to the employee card.
The Owner or Branch Manager reviews the pending violation and chooses one of two confirmed actions: "Deduct from Salary" or "Ignore".
If "Deduct from Salary" is selected: the status transitions to "Deducted", the employee card clearly displays who performed the review (e.g. "Reviewed by [Name]"), and the deduction amount appears under "Violations Deductions".
Violation Deductions are tracked strictly separately from Salary Purchase Deductions in payroll and employee financial ledgers.
