Inventory Movements Ledger
Complete ledger covering stock additions, recipe deductions, waste, staff meals, purchases, remakes, and manual adjustments.
Supported Inventory Movement Types
The movements ledger provides a chronological record of all inventory additions, deductions, and adjustments across the branch.
Confirmed inventory movement types recorded in the ledger are: (1) Add Stock, (2) Recipe Consumption (when kitchen marks item Ready), (3) Waste (logged inventory waste with reason), (4) Staff Meal (staff meal consumption), (5) Employee Purchase (staff discounted purchase), (6) Remake / Error (re-preparation ingredient consumption), and (7) Manual Quantity Adjustment (direct balance correction when Current Quantity is directly edited).
Inventory Audit is an analytical review tool and does NOT create movement ledger entries. Routine inventory movements reside inside the Inventory Ledger and are not duplicated into the high-level Owner Audit Logs.
